Inplace Personnel are currently recruiting for a Property Maintenance Co-ordinator for an Electrical company based in Pleasley.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within sales and have a ‘can-do’ attitude.
You need to be confident in selling company services and meeting targets outlined by the company. Excellent organisation and time management skills are required as this is an essential part of the role.
You need to be a team player with a positive attitude, be bubbly and be able to build rapport with others.
On a day to day basis you will be making outbound calls to existing customers and new ‘cold’ calls to introduce the company with the aim of selling the property maintenance services.
You will also be dealing with each job as you sell it meaning that you will be dealing with the customers and contractors to ensure the work is carried out and dealing with the aftercare of each job.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 8am-4pm with a 30 minute lunch break.
Statutory holiday entitlement of 28 days including bank holidays, between 3-5 holidays will need to be saved for our Christmas shut down period.
Must have a minimum of two years telesales experience
