We are currently recruiting for excellent Customer Service candidates. We are seeking individuals who possess a great telephone manner, strong IT skills and a willingness to improve.
The role involves responding to customer complaints using outbound phone calls and emails; the aim is to resolve the complaints quickly and within SLA using Service Recovery Policies. The role includes a wide range of skills and background knowledge (full training will be provided); excellent written and conversational skills are integral to the role. The role is target based with experience based increments over a period of 9 months, aiming for consistency in both quality and case closures. It is also PC based and DSE assesses.
There will be 3 weeks training in a classroom environment where the candidates will learn all about the systems we use, tone of voice and everything required to enable them to be able to answer all the customer complaints that they could receive.
